About ClearCall

Grounded in field experience.

ClearCall is grounded in the field experience of a working Ontario paramedic - and written with curriculum design experts so it actually teaches.

// Real experience. Real medics. Real review.

The medic behind it

Built between shifts.

16 years on the frontline in one of Canada's busiest services, in Southwestern Ontario.

"I started ClearCall because I kept watching smart, capable students study hard and still freeze on scenarios - because nothing they studied felt like the job. I remember doing the same thing. So between shifts, I started writing the resource I wish someone had handed me: how presentations actually unfold, and what's actually going through your head in the moment. It grew from there."

Every module, deck, and scenario was written from the perspective of someone still doing the job - not a publisher, not a textbook committee.

Chief Learning & Academic Officer

Every lesson on ClearCall runs through Kristina. She wrote the lessons with our paramedic SME and leads how the platform serves every audience: students, working paramedics, and instructors. What gets taught, in what order, how it's assessed - that's her design, built on 17+ years in curriculum design and education across Canada, the UK, and the U.S.

What I believe

Real medicine. Real experience. Real review.

// 01

Education should reflect real medicine.

Calls evolve. Vitals change. Clinical reasoning has to adapt - and so should the way we study.

// Pattern recognition matters more than perfect recall.

// 02

Studying should respect your time.

Short, focused, and useful - for the breaks between calls and the night before AEMCA.

// 30 minutes of focused review beats four hours of rereading.

// 03

Confidence is built through reassessment.

Every tool is built around evolving presentations and subtle findings, so the habit stays sharp.

// "Patient looks fine" is not an assessment.

// 04

Clinical judgment is a craft.

Differentials, clinical traps, and patterns under pressure - ClearCall trains that judgment, deliberately.

// The simple lift assist is rarely just a simple lift assist.
